Prescription Refills

Prescription refills can be requested by contacting our office during regular office hours when your medical records are easily accessible for reference. A nurse will consult with your doctor for approval of your refill. In the event that a physician visit is necessary before the refill can be ordered, our staff will arrange your appointment. Please be prepared to provide the name and telephone number of your pharmacy.
